Return and Refund Policy

With each order, we strive to deliver a high quality product which will exceed your expectations. However, we do understand that there may be times when you may want to return your purchase. Any unworn merchandise can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) or an exchange, within 30 days of the delivery date.


1. INITIATING RETURNS

Before you initiate a return, please ensure that the item you purchased is within the return period.

To initiate a return, please send an email to customerservice@sadajewels.com with your ‘Order Number – Return’ as the subject. Please provide your full name, shipping address, and details of item(s) you wish to return.

 

2. ITEMS(s) ARE MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives with missing, damaged or incorrect items, please send us an email to customerservice@sadajewels.com with an image of the package and its contents. We will be sure to send you a replacement at the earliest.


3. PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN

Make sure you add all item listed on your package slip when you return your order.

Jewelry should be unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use

Return all original product packaging, including boxes, bags, storage pouch, polishing cloth, and jewelry authenticity certificate, and any items used to wrap and protect the item.

Items must have original tags, labels as well as accompanying materials in the state that they were originally included.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, make sure you send it back with the return or else the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly include the original invoice in your return package. Without the original invoice, we will be unable to process your return.

A duly completed Returns Form must be included in the return package.

In the event of an exchange, please include a note on the item you would like as a part of the exchange. 

Kindly send the return package with tracking and insurance. Sada Jewels cannot be held liable or responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please Note: If you purchased item isn't in the exact condition as it was received, you may get a partial refund.


4. EXCLUSIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY

Permanently discounted and clearance products are final sale only, and NOT eligible for return
Returns sent 'Cash on Delivery' (COD) will NOT be processed for returns
Products not packaged in original packaging will NOT be acceptable for returns
Returns with missing paperwork (original invoice and returns form) will NOT be processed
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Please Note:

In case the item(s) was purchased as a gift, we can only refund the gift giver, and not the gift recipient.

We do not exchange items. All returned items can only be processed for a refund.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

Return Shipping (Both US Domestic and International) is the responsibility of the customer.
For US Domestic Customers: US Domestic Customers can request a return label. However this chargeable. Please refer to the section titled 'REQUESTING A RETURN LABEL' for more details.

4. REQUESTING A RETURN LABEL

Only customers in the United States can request a return label.
If you like Sada Jewels to send you a return shipping label, please send us contact us via email at customerservice@sadajewels.com.
We respond to all Return Requests within 2 Days.
For orders less than $200 - $9.90 will be deducted from your refund amount
For orders equal or greater than $200 - $13.90 will be deducted from your refund amount


5. PROCESSING REFUNDS

Returns processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Returned item(s) are inspected by a Quality Assurance Professional, If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. 

Returns are processed within y to 10 business days, once we receive the package. If you return package is damaged or has any item(s) missing, we will contact you.

Business days are Monday-Friday except federal holidays. You will receive an email notification from Sada Jewels when we process your refund.

We are not liable to refund any money to you if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged.

Please allow about 15 business days for your Credit Card/Debit Card/PayPal Account used on the original purchase to be credited back with the purchase amount minus shipping charges. You may wish to contact your Bank/Credit Card Company/PayPal as posting guidelines may vary.

 

5. EXCHANGES

All exchange requests must be sent and authorized before sending back your package.
Once authorized, all details of the exchange must be included in the return package.
In the event that your exchange item is priced higher than the original purchase, we will send you a payment link after we receive back the original purchase
In case the exchange item is priced lower than the original purchase, the balance amount after all adjustments will be sent back to your original mode of payment.


6. SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS

Shipping charges (if any) will NOT be refunded unless you received an incorrect, damaged or if there was an item(s) missing.

In all other cases, any shipping fee paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS DUTY, VAT, LOCAL TAXES, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES IN DESTINATION COUNTRY, ABANDONMENT OF PACKAGE DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF CHARGES IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY 

Your order total only includes the item sale price and shipping paid by you. Any customs duty, VAT, local taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Since each piece is handmade with significant time and effort being put in delivering your purchase to you, please do not abandon packages to avoid paying the above charges.

IF YOU 'DO NOT CLAIM' / 'ABANDON' / REFUSE DELIVERY' NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED. IF WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BACK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR PAYMENT OF SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RE-DELIVERY.

8. SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

One-time sale price adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original order date.

The following items are not eligible for sale price adjustments:

Products purchased using a promotion code or other discount
Permanently discounted products
Clearance products

All request for price adjustments must be mailed to customerservice@sadajewels.com with your ‘Order Number – Price Adjustment’ as the subject. If approved, you will receive an email with a credit memo within 10 business days.

Price adjustments, if approved, will be processed as a refund. Please allow about 15 business days for your Credit Card/Debit Card/PayPal Account used on the original purchase to be credited back with the difference amount.
