We make our best effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do understand that there may be times when you may want to return your purchase. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a refund must be sent back to Sada Jewels within 10-days of receipt of the product.
For Customers in the United States please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ship all returns items within 10 days of receiving your order.
For International Customers, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ship all returns items within 21 days of receiving your order.
1. Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your ‘Order Number – Return’ as the subject. Please provide your full name, shipping address, and details of item(s) you wish to return.
2. Preparing Your Package for Return
Returns packages must include:
Securely Packaged Product: All return products must be unworn and in the state you received them. All tags must be intact and attached to the product. The security seal must not be broken. We recommend that you securely package your products in the original packaging material.
The Original Invoice: Without original invoice, we will be unable to process your return.
Completed Returns Form: Must accompany the return package
Free Gift (if this came with your purchase): If you received a free gift with your purchase, make sure you send it back with the return or else the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
For security reasons, do not write 'Sada Jewels' anywhere on the outside of the box.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
3. Exclusions to Our Returns Policy
Permanently discounted and clearance products are final sale only, and NOT eligible for return
Returns sent 'Cash on Delivery' (COD) will NOT be processed for returns
Products not packaged in original packaging will NOT be acceptable for returns
Returns with missing paperwork (original invoice and returns form) will NOT be processed
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles.
In case the item(s) was purchased as a gift, we can only refund the gift giver, and not the gift recipient.
We do not exchange items. All returned items can only be processed for a refund.
4. Return Shipping
We do not bear Return Shipping Costs. Postage to include tracking information and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Processing Returns
Returns processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Returned item(s) are inspected by a Quality Assurance Professional. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once the inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.
Kindly allow up to 15 business days for your package to arrive and Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday except federal holidays. You will receive an email notification from Sada Jewels when we process your refund.
We are NOT liable to refund any money to you if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will NOT be refunded. Any shipping fee paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please do not ship items C.O.D. If you received any portion of your order damaged, please contact email@example.com before returning the items.
If you order qualified for free shipping at the time of placing the order, we will deduct $4 for each order while processing your refund.
7. Restocking Fee
In addition, we will deduct $3.00 (to account forpackaging and restocking) from the refund amount for each order while processing your refund.
8. Credit Against Your Charge Card/Account
Please allow about 15 business days for your Credit Card/Debit Card/PayPal Account used on the original purchase to be credited back with the purchase amount minus shipping charges. You may wish to contact your Bank/Credit Card Company/PayPal as posting guidelines may vary.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs Duty, VAT, Local Taxes, Customs Clearance Charges in Destination Country, Abandonment of Package Due to Non Payment of Charges in the Destination Country.
1. Your order total only includes the item sale price and shipping paid by you. Any customs duty, VAT, local taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Since each piece is handmade with significant time and effort being put in delivering your purchase to you, please do not abandon packages to avoid paying the above charges.
IF YOU 'DO NOT CLAIM' / 'ABANDON' / REFUSE DELIVERY' NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED. IF WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BACK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR PAYMENT OF SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RE-DELIVERY.
10. Sale Price Adjustments
One-time sale price adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original order date.
The following items are not eligible for sale price adjustments:
Products purchased using a promotion code or other discount
Permanently discounted products
All request for price adjustments must be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with your ‘Order Number – Price Adjustment’ as the subject. If approved, you will receive an email with a credit memo within 10 business days.
Price adjustments, if approved, will be processed as a refund. Please allow about 15 business days for your Credit Card/Debit Card/PayPal Account used on the original purchase to be credited back with the difference amount.
