Refund policy

We want you to love your Sada Jewels purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all US orders.

1. INITIATING A RETURN

To start a return, email customerservice@sadajewels.com with your Order Number in the subject line. Include your full name and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We respond to all return requests within 2 business days.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You must contact us before shipping your return
  • Items must be unworn and in the original gift box
  • Free gifts must be included in the return package
  • Return all original packaging, including polishing cloth, anti-tarnish zip-close bag, drawstring pouch, authenticity card, and jewelry care card

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (USPS Ground Advantage) at no cost. There is no charge for return shipping on US orders.

4. MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your package arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please email us at customerservice@sadajewels.com with a photo of the package and its contents. We will send a replacement at the earliest opportunity.

5. EXCHANGES

We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping your return to arrange an exchange. Please include a note with the item you would like in exchange.

If the exchange item is priced higher, we will send a payment link after receiving your return. If priced lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: Exchange items are final sale — no further exchanges or returns.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance and permanently discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Engraved or personalized jewelry

7. LATE RETURNS

Returns received after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion and issued as store credit only. Please contact us to discuss your situation — we're happy to help.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
