Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping Carrier
Our standard carrier for shipping is USPS
2. Order Processing
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, and on public holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days subject to credit card authorization and verification being obtained.
3. Shipping Method and Charges (Domestic Only)
The following shipping methods are in effect at this time:
Free Standard Shipping - On all orders above $30 within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Will arrive in 3-6 business days
Premium ($6.99) Will arrive in 1-3 business days
Express ($29.99) Will arrive in 1-2 business days
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico and other US Territories at this time. However, we are in the process of expanding our shipping coverage. Please watch this section for updates to our Shipping Policy.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
4. Change in Delivery Address
Should you wish to make changes to the order, you will contact email@example.com by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and provide the changed delivery address. Any request for change is shipping/delivery address may be difficult to fulfill after this period.
5. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
We are happy to ship our products to Military Personnel and Diplomats serving our country. Due to increased handling time by postal services, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
To ensure that your package reaches the correct address, please follow formatting guidelines for military or diplomatic addresses:
Write the service members rank and full name in the name field. Also, be sure to include their Unit and Box on Address Line 1.
The City Field will need to be one of the abbreviations set forth by the Military
APO - Army Post Office
FPO - Fleet Post Office
DPO - Diplomatic Post Office
The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a 'State Code', which is categorized by the following abbreviations
AA - Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forced Americas)
AP - Armed Forces Pacific
AE - Armed Forces Europe (including Canada, Middle East and Africa)
Select the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered a part of the United States
6. P.O. Box
We do ship to P.O. Boxes within the Continental United States.
7. International Orders and Shipping
Orders placed through this website can only be shipped within the Continental United States.
If you are placing an order from outside the United States, please use our Etsy Store for International Orders.

8. Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
9. Business Days and Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Packages do not ship on the following holidays:
January 1 (Monday) - New Year's Day
January 15 (Monday) - Martin Luther Kind Jr. Birthday
February 19 (Monday) - Washington's Birthday
May 28 (Monday) - Memorial Day
July 4 (Wednesday) - Independence Day
September 3 (Monday) - Labor Day
October 8 (Monday) - Columbus Day
November 12 (Monday) - Veterans Day
November 22 (Thursday) - Thanksgiving Day
December 25 (Tuesday) - Christmas Day
10. Notification of Dispatch

12. Delivery Lead Time
Delivery is estimated to be made within 5-9 business days from the date of purchase. You may opt for premium or express shipping option for expedited delivery.
Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. For a complete list of public holidays for 2018, please refer to Section 9 'Business Days and Holidays' above.
At extremely busy periods (during the holiday season) or during times of disruption, deliveries may be subject to delays. For the latest service update from USPS (about postal facility service disruptions die to weather-related and other natural disasters or events) please refer to https://about.usps.com/news/service-alerts/welcome.htm. Service alerts are updated in near real time.
13. Order Cancellation
The sale contract between Sada Jewels LLC ('Seller') to sell goods to you ('Purchaser') is made when we accept your order. Placement or order is a binding agreement. Al orders once placed are considered final, and may not be changed. You can only cancel orders that have not been processed and not set to completed. Any requests for order cancellation must be received within 24 hours or placing the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:
The Purchaser has made unauthorized or ineligible use of an offer
We are not able to authorize your payment
We have insuffient stock to deliver the goods you have requested
We do not deliver in your area
Once or ore items that you ordered are priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in precious metal prices.
14. Contacting Customer Service
You If you have not received your item after nine working days, please write to us at email@example.com, mentioning your order number in the subject, and we will be happy to assist you.
