Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped same or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. If we are unable to process your order within this timeline, we will contact you by email.
2. FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING (CONTINENTAL US)
We offer free expedited shipping on all Continental US orders. Your order will be shipped via UPS 2 Day Air and delivered within 1–2 business days.
3. ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
4. APO, FPO, DPO & PO BOXES
We ship to military addresses and PO Boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.
For military addresses, please use the correct format: rank and full name, unit and box on the address line, and the appropriate city abbreviation (APO, FPO, or DPO).

6. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
To change your delivery address, email customerservice@sadajewels.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes may not be possible after this window.
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
