1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) subject to credit card authorization and verification being obtained.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, and on Public Holidays, will be begin processing the following business day.
Some items may take longer to process. The order processing times are provided on each item page.
Custom orders take 3-4 weeks.
If for any reason, we are unable to process your order within our stipuated timeline, we will contact you via email.

4. APO, FPO, DPO, PO BOXES, and US TERRITORIES
We are happy to ship our products to Military Personnel and Diplomats serving our country. Due to increased handling time by postal services, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
To ensure that your package reaches the correct address, please follow formatting guidelines for military or diplomatic addresses:
Write the service members rank and full name in the name field. Also, be sure to include their Unit and Box on Address Line 1.
The City Field will need to be one of the abbreviations set forth by the Military
- APO - Army Post Office
- FPO - Fleet Post Office
- DPO - Diplomatic Post Office
- The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a 'State Code', which is categorized by the following abbreviations
- AA - Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forced Americas)
- AP - Armed Forces Pacific
- AE - Armed Forces Europe (including Canada, Middle East and Africa)
Select the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered a part of the United States
For expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO, PO Boxes, and US Territories, please select USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express only.
5. P.O. Box
Orders below $200 can be shipped to P.O. Boxes within the Continental United States.
Since orders above $200 required signature confirmation, we are unable to ship these orders to P.O. Boxes.
For expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes, please select USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express only.

Asendia USA Standard International Shipping ($15.90): 10-30 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail International ($59.90) - 6-10 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail Express Inyernational ($69.90) - 3-5 Business Days
Please Note: Shipping time is when the order leaves our facility. This does not include order processing time.
7. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTY, AND TAXES
Local customs authorities in the destination country may impose, customs fees, import duties, Sales Tax / GST / VAT or the equivalent of government agency charges and fees. The recipient of the shipment stands responsible for all such charges.
Once your package arrives in the destination country, you will be contacted by the shipper or directly by the customs authority to arrange for the payment of all charges due before you shipment can made available for delivery.
Sada Jewels has no control over the estimate of such fees and taxes.
Please Note: If shipments are abandoned for non-payment of these fees and taxes, we will not be able to process any refund.
8. CHANGES IN DELIVERY ADDRESS
Should you wish to make changes to the order, you will contact firstname.lastname@example.org by sending an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and provide the changed delivery address.
Any request for change is shipping/delivery address may be difficult to fulfill after this period.
9. MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays:
