This Website is an internet-based store front for customers who wish to purchase jewelry for personal consumption and/or for gifting. “Jewelry” means the jewelry that is pre-designed and available for sale on our website.
Please note that jewelry is sold “as is” and we do not allow the you to make any changes on them. Please note that all terms under “Terms of Use’ are for personal consumption and/or gifting of off-the-shelf or ready made jewelry.
At this point we do not offer the option of customizing jewelry through the Website. However, we’re always here to style our customers who may be getting married soon or need advice or assistance findings a piece to match an outfit. We make every reasonable effort to display products as accurately as possible.
Unlike some online retailers who display computer generated / rendered images online, we only display actual images of the product you will buy and receive.
We provide measurements for all products that we sell through the website
The image has been enlarged for a better viewing experience of material, texture and finer details of the product. For accurate size, please refer to the product details.
We strive hard to provide an online viewing experience that is as close to in-store experience as possible. However, the image on the website may appear to show subtle differences in color and/or texture when compared to the actual product viewed with naked eye. This is normal and expected due to the differences in, the lighting conditions in which the actual product is viewed, the lighting conditions during photography, and the screen resolution and/or color depth of the screen on which the image is viewed.

6. Product Availability
We strive to stock exclusive and quality products at low inventory levels, which allow us to pass on the cost benefits to our customers.
Availability of products may vary on the Website. Some featured items, limited edition items, and promotional items may be available only while supplies last.
Once an item is out of stock, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page that the item is on backorder. You will be still be able to order items that are out of stock. Items which are out of stock usually ship out in about 8 weeks from the date the order is placed.
Display of an item is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.

7. Pricing
Prices displayed on the Website are quoted in USD, not including any Sales Tax, and are valid and effective only in the United States. Displayed prices do not include shipping charges.
Currently, Sales Tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey. In the event of a discount or promotion, tax will be charged on the item price minus discount.
A number of factors determine the price of a product: namely inputs, labor, and designing. Hence the price of a jewelry item may be higher or lower than prices of similar products in the retail market.
Prices of jewelry items must not be used as a guideline to determine the wholesale or retail prices of inputs therein (i.e. metal, gemstones, etc.)
The information must not form the base of an appraisal or guarantee.
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice.
In rare situations. if product prices are be inaccurately displayed on the Website due to typographical/system errors, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur.
If due to an error, any price on our Website is wrongly shown on our website at the time you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, or if you agree to pay the correct price, them the contract will remain in place and the price payable by you will be adjusted accordingly.
8. Paying for Products
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks or wire transfer at this time.
In order to make purchase on the Website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, your must provide your real legal name, valid phone number, valid email address and other information as required. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you present and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing Information provided.
You warrant to Sada Jewels that all information which you are required to provide when ordering jewelry online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.
When an order is placed online, the order confirmation issued by us clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us.
All payment for jewelry and for the cost of packaging and delivery must be made before the Goods are delivered.
Ownership in all products remains with us until full payment of all amounts due to us has been received from you. Risk, however, passes to you on delivery.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. 9. Suspected Fraud
On rare occasions, certain purchases get flagged as ‘Suspected Fraud’ by the payment processor. For security reasons, we will not be able to process such orders until this has been cleared by the payment gateway as an authorized transaction. Most of the times, this will turn into a positive response from the payment gateway and the order will be back on track for processing. However, if the payment status does not change, we will contact you via email. At this stage, you will need to contact your Bank / Credit Card Company / PayPal to clear up any questions about your account.

11. Invoicing
All Invoices will be raised in USD. Invoices are raised once payment is processed. We will email you a copy of your invoice normally within 48-72 hours of receiving your order.
12. Contract
The sale contract between Sada Jewels (referred to us Website/Company/Us/We/Our) and the Purchaser (referred to as you) is made when we accept your order. The product as represented in the images, description of the product, price, packaging, order processing time, and shipping cost, are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Any earlier contract/agreement or understanding is superseded and you acknowledge that you have not placed an order based on any representation or statement except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Placement of order is a binding agreement. All orders once placed are considered final, and may not be changed or cancelled by the purchaser. All information you provide at the time of placing the order is considered final and cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Should you wish to make changes to the order, you will need to cancel your order by sending an email to customerservice@sadajewels.com and make a fresh purchase. We will begin processing your refund as soon as we receive your request for cancellation.
When you have placed an order for goods with us and made payment by credit card or other online payment process, we will send you an email confirming your order and the contract between us comes into effect when the email is sent to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the State of New Jersey and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:
You have made unauthorized or ineligible use of an offer
We are not able to authorize your payment
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested
We do not deliver in your area
One or more products that you ordered are priced incorrectly due to typographical or system error, or resulting from a fluctuation in precious metal prices
